Stayed in a spotless room that was kept very clean. The location of the hotel was marvelous - at a medium distance from Bairro Alto. Located in a walkable area near excellent restaurants, main attractions, metro stops, Rossio train station, and desirable downtown locations. All the services were excellent.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. You can easily explore the city center on foot, and the convenient proximity to the Rossio train station and CP station makes it a breeze to travel to other areas. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well-equipped. The staff provides exceptional service, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel also provides a cell phone for guests to use while sightseeing.

The rooms are on the smaller side, so if you prefer more space, you may want to consider upgrading to a larger room.

Very central location in the city centre. Having coffee, very fast internet, and a lounge in our good sized room.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, including eggs, fresh fruits, bacon, sausage. The large dining room where breakfast was served was very elegant. The location was perfect, with easy access to sidewalk restaurants and plenty of shopping options nearby. It felt safe to walk around, and there were many tourist attractions within walking distance. We enjoyed the live piano concert in the elegant lobby. It added a nice touch to the overall experience during our Christmas stay.

The bathroom and hotel facade could use some renovations. They were functional but lacked a modern touch.

The restaurant was fabulous for dinner, we ordered LIGHT dishes. The location was perfect and amazing, for example, Liberty Avenue was at a medium distance from the hotel. You could walk to a shopping area and a market.

Great location; interior public spaces are very well done to fit the building's neoclassical architecture. Beautiful stained glass ceiling on top floor. Staff are very helpful in a professional, understated manner - no faux servility and not "in-your-face". Single room was quite big, as was the bathroon.
